Setups we have done

• Balloon arch built on site — Balloons built into an arch in mixed colours, assembled at the venue on the day so guests walk through it on the way in.
• Helium floating balloons — Helium balloons floating above the tables to lift the room, tied and weighted so they stay where they are put through the event.
• Fabric detailing on the walls — Fabric draped and pinned along the wall and table edges, which softens the room and gives the colours somewhere to sit.
• Custom text balloons — Balloons printed with the name or the message, which people notice and photograph. Tell us the words and we will set them.

What we set up

We dress the venue so it looks finished before your guests arrive. Balloon design builds the backdrop, helium floating balloons lift the ceiling, fabric detailing softens walls and tables, and custom text balloons carry the name, the age or the message you want read across the room.

• Balloon design — Arches, columns and clusters built to the shape you want, in the colours of the event, assembled on site on the day.
• Helium floating balloons — Floating balloons over tables or the dance floor, weighted and tied so they stay in position from the first guest to the last.
• Fabric detailing — Drapes and runs of fabric along walls, backdrops and table edges, which change how a plain hall reads on camera.
• Custom text balloons — Balloons carrying the name, the age or a short message, printed the way you want it read and placed where guests will see it.
